1. Who can use Wattspott
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to create a Wattspott account. By using the app you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Drivers — booking & charging
- Book in advance and arrive within your booking window. Late arrivals forfeit their slot without refund.
- Use only compatible connectors. Hardware damage caused by incompatible equipment is the driver's liability.
- Do not occupy a charger beyond your booked session without re-booking.
- Payment is due at session end. Repeated payment failures result in account suspension.
3. Hosts — listing your charger
- You must own or have legal permission to share the charger you list.
- Charger information (speed, connector, availability) must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Hosts are responsible for ensuring electrical safety compliance at their location.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Creating fake listings or reviews
- Using the platform for any purpose other than EV charging
- Interfering with or reverse-engineering the Wattspott platform
- Discriminating against drivers or hosts based on any protected characteristic
5. Limitation of liability
Wattspott is a marketplace connecting drivers and charger hosts. We are not liable for hardware failures, session interruptions caused by third-party charger networks, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform beyond the value of the transaction in question.
6. Changes to terms
We'll notify you of material changes via in-app notification 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
