How do I find a charger near me?
Open the app, allow location access, and the map loads every available charger within your range. Filter by connector type, speed or price using the filter panel.
Can I book in advance?
Yes. Tap any charger pin, select a time slot up to 24 hours ahead, and confirm. You'll receive a push notification when your slot is approaching.
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, debit/credit card, and Wattspott wallet. All sessions auto-generate a GST invoice.
What if the charger is broken when I arrive?
Report it in the app (tap "Charger issue"). We'll issue a full refund of any booking fee and flag the charger for review within 2 hours.
Which connector types does Wattspott support?
CCS2, CHAdeMO, Type 2 (AC), and Bharat AC/DC. Filter by your exact vehicle model to see only compatible chargers.

Listing your charger
How do I list my charger?
Go to "Earn" in the app, tap "List a charger", add photos and details, set your price and availability, and publish. Same-day listing with a verified badge.
When do I get paid?
Earnings are transferred every Monday via NEFT to your registered bank account. Minimum payout is ₹200.
Can I control who can book my charger?
Yes. Choose "Approve all bookings" to manually accept each request, or "Auto-approve" to go fully hands-off. You can also block specific dates or hours.
Is my charger insured during sessions?
All sessions on Wattspott are covered by our host protection policy up to ₹50,000 for hardware damage caused by the driver.

Account questions
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. All personal data is removed within 30 days.
I was charged incorrectly.
Tap the session in your history, tap "Dispute charge", and describe the issue. Our team reviews disputes within 24 hours.
How do I download my GST invoices?
In the app, go to History → tap any session → "Download Invoice". All invoices are also emailed automatically after each session.
